I have 14 years of experience in the fitness and training industry. I believe in practising what I preach, using gained experience and knowledge of training and nutrition to personally tailor your fitness journey.


I pride myself on using such experience and additional knowledge learned through studying. A PT qualification simply allows an individual to work in a gym, however, is not an indication of acquired experience as it doesn't teach what is best for the performance.

I have recovered from a major spinal injury, where I was informed I would not lift again. 4 years later, I'm lifting 325kg with no belt or straps (not a bad result!)


As an online fitness and nutrition coach, I combine both my knowledge of periodisation for powerlifting movements, alongside bodybuilding, which enables me to provide the ultimate powerbuilding experience. 

I say F average, lets aim way above, then you are guaranteed to get further than those aiming low. 

I also work in partnership with the Blood Lab team, so I'm able to provide health and training advice to ensure you get the best results.

My seminars are aimed at both members and PTs. Members will learn how to to perform the compound movements to the best of their ability as will PTs. Also available for PTs, is the training and instruction of how to teach the movements correctly.
